Terms and conditions of the Retreat
What is the refund policy?
We understand life can happen. So if you are unable to attend the retreat yourself, you are able to transfer your spot privately.
Can I bring my kids?
Our retreat is not suitable for children under the age of 16 years. Children 16 years and older are welcome to join our retreat if accompanied by an adult and paid for.
Will you cater for specific dietary requirements or food allergies?
Yes of course! Nominate on your booking and/or just email us your requirements at circleofcalm@gmail.com.
What do I need to bring?
We always encourage our participants to bring their own yoga mat for hygiene reasons.
What is the start and finish time?
10.00 am arrival and 2.00 pm finish
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing something comfortable in which you can sit and move around easily. Bring along walking shoes.
